24hr Roadside Assistance

Our insurance provider will send out roadside assistance to you. If you are with in 30km of the depot, we will send our  team and get you back on the road.

24hr Recovery Service

You can call for recovery and bring the bike back to the depot. This service is available 24hrs and recovery vehicles guaranteed with in 45 minutes.

Broken Bike Swap

If we have a bike available we will exchange it for no extra cost. We will normally be able to offer this service, but its not guaranteed.

DON'T WORRY WE'VE GOT YOU!

If you breakdown don't panic, we will assist you 24hrs a day.
You will need to follow these guidelines, Easy Rider Tenerife is not liable in anyway for your actions or behaviour in the event of breakdown.:
  • Put on the hazard lights for the bike.
  • Take out the yellow vest we supplied and put it on.
  • Push the motorcycle to a safe place off the road if possible.
  • Between the hours of 8am and 9pm please call us directly and make us aware of the situation on +34 922 703 793 or +34 639 845 346. We will then advise you on what to do next.

They will need the vehicle registration and your location. If you do not know your location ask them if you can send directly by WhatsApp this is quite normal. A recovery driver will assist you with in 45 minutes. Take the vehicle back to where you are staying or if its between office hours you must bring it directly to our depot, or you will be charged for collection.
